Best Friends Utah Community Cat/Feral Fix Vouchers

Community Cat/Feral Fix Voucher Application

The purpose of the community cat voucher program is to assist individuals with doing trap/neuter/return (TNR) for outdoor, free-roaming, feral (wild) or tame cats. In TNR, cats are trapped, spayed, neutered, vaccinated, ear-tipped, and then returned to the same location that they came from.

Note: The community cat voucher program is not for your pet cats. For vouchers for pet cats and dogs, please complete the Low-Income Assistance Voucher Application.

Please answer all questions completely.

Please note: This form is for Utah residents only.

Please provide your contact info so that we can respond to your inquiry. Providing additional information may make it easier for us to get back to you.

NOTICE: Changes to the voucher program
Best Friends is updating the community cat voucher program to better serve Utah and ensure resources are available during our peak months of the year. These changes will take effect December 2016. All issued TNR vouchers will have a $30 copay per voucher. In response to current surgery needs, Best Friends' Orem clinic will increase admittance of community cats to 15 per day. To prepare for this winter update, we will limit the number of vouchers issued to trappers and caregivers during the month of November to a maximum of 10 per request.
