Best Friends Utah Community Cat/Feral Fix Vouchers

Utah Community Cat Voucher Application

The purpose of the community cat voucher program is to assist individuals with doing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for outdoor, free-roaming cats. In some cases these cats can be friendly but they are not considered anyone's pet cats. In TNR all cats are trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated and ear-tipped. Once that is completed they are all returned to the same location that they came from outside. These cats are not intended to be adopted as pet cats.

Please note: This form is for Utah residents only.

Please provide the information below so that we can assist you with your trapping efforts.
