It's that time of year again where I ask you to support the charity dearest to my heart Much Love Animal Rescue. As a board member and active volunteer I will be participating in the annual Strut Your Mutt Walk, hosted by Best Friends Animal Society on October 21st
I am raising funds so that we can continue to rescue local dogs and cats from Los Angeles and surrounding area shelters. Please consider donating to may page. Every dollar counts. Last year we rescued almost 200 dogs.
Every year there are many animals that inspire me, but there is always one or two that are very special to my heart. I'd like to share a story about Splash.
When we got Splash his young life was off to a rough start he had suffered a shattered pelvis from most likely being hit by a car. The good news is Much Love got him the surgery needed to repair his injury and he’s not letting it slow him down at all. Splash is a happy and sweet puppy, but he still has lots he needs to learn about the world, other dogs and people. Like all puppies he will need someone dedicated to giving him all the time necessary to be trained and learn what he needs to know. He is great with other dogs and sweet as can be with people.
Much Love Animal Rescue exists to rescue abused, neglected and homeless animals from the streets and shelters of Los Angeles and place them in loving homes. Much Love is a 100% non-profit organization run entirely by dedicated volunteers who offer their time and resources to house, train, transport and care for these animals. Since its inception in 1999, Much Love has placed over 3,500 animals into loving homes.
With my thanks and love,
