Thank you for taking the time to check out my Strut Your Mutt fundraising page for Nor Cal Boxer Rescue (NCBR)!
Strut Your Mutt, hosted by Best Friends Animal Society, is an annual fundraising event that saves the lives of our furry friends across America.
So why am I joining thousands of fellow animal lovers and taking part in the event? Every day, too many dogs and cats are needlessly killed in America's shelters, simply because they don't have safe places to call home. Each one is a loving pet just like yours and mine. NCBR is a volunteer organization that I am proud to be affiliated with. NCBR rescues Boxers from shelters and from owners who are no longer able to care for them. The organization provides medical care or behavioral training as needed, and placement in a volunteer foster home to ready the Boxer for adoption. I am a volunteer foster – I not only provide a safe home environment, I work with my foster dog to evaluate their specific qualities to ensure the best possible match with a forever home.
Where you come in: While the organization has great volunteers, professional medical or behavioral care is not free for NCBR. To cover costs of medical or behavioral care, NCBR has to raise money. Please make a donation today (every little bit helps) and help save the lives of homeless Boxers. Your donation is tax-deductible. And what’s great is that NCBR keeps all the money it raises (after transaction fees).
Thank you for making a lifesaving gift to the animals and for helping to Save Them All.
