TNVR in Knoxville is almost law.
We’re almost there, Knoxville! Thanks to your recent action, Knoxville is much closer to being a safer, more humane city. There’s just one more step. The lifesaving ordinance that would allow common-sense trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) for free roaming cats will be voted on one more time before becoming law. Now is the time to let the city council know that residents like you support these changes.
Politics is not a spectator sport. Take action today by urging the city council to pass the community cat diversion ordinance. And don’t stop there! If you are available, please consider attending the city council meeting at 6PM on January 15, 2019, in the Main Assembly Room of the City County Building, 400 Main Street.
Thank you for taking action for Knoxville’s cats. Together, we will Save Them All.
Dear [Decision Maker],
Thank you for passing the community cat diversion ordinance on first reading. As a Knoxville resident, I'm asking you to take the final step by voting yes a second time to finalize these important revisions to the city code.
