Best Friends - Save Them All(R)
Dear Friend,

Sweet Chipper is your typical pup: wiggly, curious and brimming with life. So it's hard to believe that when he arrived at Best Friends' lifesaving center in New York a few months ago, he couldn't move either of his hind legs — and no one knew if he ever would.

So began tiny Chipper's many trips to the vet, and the stirrings of hope that the doctors could put him on the road to recovery. Eventually, they delivered the news that his caregivers had been waiting to hear: In time, Chipper would be able to walk on all four legs.

The young pup still had quite a journey ahead of him. Chipper was fitted with a wheelchair to help him get around while he worked to build strength in his legs. He was then placed in a foster home, where he zoomed around in his wheelchair — and straight into the hearts of all who met him.

This Giving Tuesday, you can help pets like Chipper find healing, hope and the lifesaving chance they need. And like Chipper — with his two "new" legs — your generosity will go twice as far because every gift is matched!

Today, Chipper is literally making huge strides. In fact, he's ditched the wheelchair and is running around on his own four legs, stopping only for face licks, cuddles and treats. And the best news of all? Chipper was adopted by his foster family. Who knew the path to a bright future was only a few steps away?

Thank you for never losing confidence in pets like Chipper. And thank you for your steadfast commitment to homeless pets on Giving Tuesday and throughout the year. We are so grateful for your compassion and kindness.
