Dear Friend,
There are the shy cats and the cats with special needs, the senior sweethearts and the playful kittens, the confident cats and the (wait for it!) scaredy cats. And here at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary’s Cat World, each one is provided the room to grow and discover at their own pace. Check out the video to see how a group of cats from an overcrowding situation came to experience new companionship and devoted care.
Every day offers opportunities to learn, explore, and just have fun. On-leash, outdoor walks? Yep. Kiddie pools filled with sand? Yep. Food puzzles and scratching posts? Oh, for sure. There’s even our version of book club where volunteers read to our more timid felines.
Thanks to you, Cat World offers so much more than toys, treats, catio lounging, and the chance to cozy up with a buddy or two. Cat World is a place of incredible lifesaving, providing everything from specialty veterinary care to unconditional love and companionship from our amazingly dedicated staff and volunteers. And until each one goes home for good, it’s their world — correction, it’s their Cat World — and we’re just here to admire their every move.
