2019 Strut Your Mutt Day

Ozzie's Pack

Thank you for visiting our Strut Your Mutt Team page, Ozzie's Pack. We’re raising money to help end the killing of pets in America’s shelters. And we plan on having a lot of fun doing it!

Every day, nearly 2,200 dogs and cats are killed in America's shelters simply because they don't have safe places to call home. That number should be zero.

Ozzie was rescued 5 years ago in LA County. He was scared but adapted quickly to his new home. After a few years, Ozzie was diagnosed with IVDD, a genetic disorder and was paralyzed for 8 months. He has permanent nerve damage. However, you see him run, and you'd never know the battle he went through. Dogs who develop issues like Ozzie are usually the 1st ones to be euthanized and they don't get a fighting chance like he did.

That’s why our team is participating in Best Friends Animal Society’s Strut Your Mutt event to raise money for animals. But we need your help.

Please join us either by registering for our team or donating to one of our team members. Your donation is tax deductible and each participating animal welfare organization keeps 100 percent of the money raised after transaction fees. And the best part? That money will help save the lives of homeless pets.

Together, we can Save Them All.

Thank you for your support!
