The world lost Jesse Dyer in November. Jesse was my SLCC, radio, media geek pal.
When Covid hit, he left Utah. We continued to be friends, checking in on each other and always hoping to find a way back to collaborative media.
When I lost someone close, Jesse encouraged me to seek therapy which was honestly a blessing.
Now. he is gone. I have not really talked about it because it is too hard. His family is holding a celebration in his honor this weekend in CA. I can't be there.
When Jesse lived here, he talked about Best Friends which was close to where he was living. He volunteered there and gave them shout outs on his weekly radio show at SLCC.
So, I hope to raise some funds to send to Best Friends in his name, his memory.
