DONATE FOR DIBS!

It goes without saying, animals are not just special, but essential in our lives. Dibs has been an anchor for Kelsea Ballerini since 2015 and has been recently diagnosed heartbreakingly with inoperable cancer in his heart. In the past for Kelsea's birthday, we as a fandom have raised thousands of dollars for incredible charities that provide healthcare to children, and mental health to all. This year, we have received a high volume of messages asking how we can help Kelsea in light of Dibs' recent cancer diagnosis. We think we have found the perfect cause - the leading animal welfare organization working to end the killing of dogs and cats in American Shelters in 2025.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES:

$30 - fixes a cat to prevent unwanted litters.

$50 - can cover a wellness exam, microchip, and vaccinations for a newly arrived homeless pet.

$100 - helps provide six weeks of formula for an orphaned newborn puppy.

$500 - provides care for a homeless pet from welcome to adoption.

$1000 - can provide a grant for Best Friends No More Homeless Pets Network partner.

Dibs will also be memorialized at Best Friends Sanctuary in Angels Rest with a special memorial brick.

A generous donor from Best Friends Animal Society whose family includes two kitties, named Parker and Drake, will match up to $25,000.

When you donate to this fundraiser, you'll be helping around 1,600 dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, horses, and other barnyard animals who on any given day reside at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Plus, you'll be helping to save the lives of homeless pets all across the country through lifesaving adoption and spay/neuter programs, no-kill initiatives, and more. We encourage you to donate on behalf of Dibs, an animal you've lost, or an animal, friend, or loved one you consider your anchor in life. Feel free to include their story, why they are special to you, and a happy birthday message to Kelsea with your donation.

Founded in 1984, Best Friends is a pioneer in the no-kill movement and has helped reduce the number of animals killed in shelters from an estimated 17 million per year to around 378,000. Best Friends runs lifesaving programs all across the country, as well as the nation's largest no-kill animal sanctuary. Working collaboratively with a network of more than 4,000 animal welfare and shelter partners, and community members nationwide, Best Friends is working to Save Them All®.

Thank you for donating to help save animals' lives. Together, we will Save Them All.
