I have been a volunteer for Shadow Cats Rescue for the last 5 years and I can tell you that this organization does truly amazing work. Shadow Cats takes in the cats who are normally left behind. They take in cats with feline leukemia, paralysis, blindness, behavioral issues, and cats who would otherwise be considered unadoptable and be at risk for euthanasia at many animal shelters. These cats are given top notch veterinary care, daily care from vet techs and kitty nannies, and cage-free living at it's best. The cats are given the care, patience, and love that they need to grow and flourish for however long or short their life may be.
However, that's not all the amazing stuff that Shadow Cats is a part of. They provide integral funding and support for local TNR efforts so that feline lives can be saved through controlling overpopulation. They also have the One Life Fund which assists unowned community cats in a variety of critical situations, as funds are available. They also assist in providing food and resources for local feral colonies and their caretakers.
But all of this amazing work comes at a cost and that's where you come in. Please join me in supporting Shadow Cats with a donation to help care for these these amazing kitties and help continue all this good work for our community. Every little bit helps. No donation is too small. Please join me in supporting this amazing organization!
