Thank you for visiting our Strut Your Mutt Team page. We are excited to join Best Friends in this wonderful event to help end the suffering of the millions of forgotten friends all throughout the nation. 

PAWS Shelter of Central Texas is a small non profit animal shelter located in Kyle, TX. We see around 1,200 animals a year, and adopted out 1,060 in 2016. We were founded in 1986, and have began shifting to the no-kill perspective in the early 2000's. We pull all of our animals from surrounding county shelters that reach full status and are at risk of over crowding. 

When you donate to our team page, or join our team, you are helping us in our mission that one day the overpopulation of animals will be ended and that the bond between human and animal will be celebrated. Your donation is tax deductible and it aids us saving as many lives as we can.
