2019 New York City Strut Your Mutt

Rescue City

Thank you for visiting the Rescue City - Strut Your Mutt Team page. We’re raising money to help end the killing of pets in America’s shelters!

Every day, nearly 2,200 dogs and cats are killed in America's shelters simply because they don't have safe places to call home. That number should be zero. That’s why our team is participating in Best Friends Animal Society’s Strut Your Mutt event to raise money for animals. But we need your help, too.

Every day we save vulnerable dogs from neglect, abuse, and euthanasia. We provide temporary safe foster homes and medical/emergency treatment to prepare these loving animals for heir forever home. We connect our rescues with new families who will love and cherish them. We have helped rescue and place hundreds of dogs in new homes. Our commitment to our rescues goes beyond the adoption process. We stress the importance of responsible pet ownership, and we educate our fosters, adopters, and community on what they can do to help. Your donation will help us save dogs in need, give them another chance at life and make families complete.

Please join us either by registering for our team or donating to one of our team members. Your donation is tax deductible and we get to keep 100 percent of the money raised after transaction fees. And the best part? That money will help save the lives of homeless pets.

Together, we can Save Them All.

Thank you for your support,

Rescue City
