Thanks for visiting my Strut Your Mutt page. I'm excited to once again participate in this fun walk that helps save the lives of homeless animals.
Safe Hands Rescue was founded in October 2006. Since then, they have found homes for more than 5,000 pets (mostly from overpopulated shelters in rural Kentucky) and provided transportation for approximately 10,000 additional pets to other rescue organizations. My dogs, Otto and Mimi, were brought to Minnesota through Safe Hands.
I started fostering in 2011. I have now fostered more than 100 dogs. That's 100 puppies who went from sleeping on cold concrete floors to being loved and cherished family members. Safe Hands provides the food and medical care. I provide the TLC (and poop pickup!).
Please support me by making a donation to my page. Your gift helps homeless pets and will help Safe Hands Rescue keep doing the amazing work that they do.
This cause means so much to me and I am grateful for your help. Every day, about 2,000 dogs and cats are killed in America's shelters -- not because they are sick or mean or bad, simply because they don't have safe places to call home. Each one is a loving pet just like yours and mine.
Together, we can Save Them All and reduce that number to zero. Thank you for your kind support over the years. It means the world to me.
