My journey to save dogs began when I lost my beloved best friend and dog named Buster. I was devastated and searching for something to help me fill the void. I joined the Ruff House Rescue team and volunteering truly brought me comfort. Being surrounded by such compassionate individuals and amazing puppies as well as dogs was heartwarming. The volunteers are all selfless individuals who put the needs of animals in front of their own. They share a common goal to help homeless dogs and cats regardless of their past or condition and strive to save them all.
I adopted Patches in 2018 from Ruff House and she has brought me love, joy, and happiness. I’ve learned so much from her and made many new friends. Last year I walked in honor of Buster and this year I'll walk in honor of Buster, Patches, and all those dogs that touched my heart in the kennel along the way.
Please help me as I embark on this journey to save them all. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and every penny counts. Every day more than 2,200 dogs and cats are killed in America’s shelters, simply because they don’t have safe places to call home. Each one is a loving pet just like yours and mine.
Together, we can SAVE THEM ALL and reduce that number to zero. Thank you for your continuous support!
