I’m walking to save the lives of homeless pets!
Animals are my passion!!!
In September 2018, I became a volunteer with Ruff Start Rescue. My first experience was an out of state transport. To be able to welcome these pups to MN is amazing. I now am assisting with the Oklahoma transport and helping coordinate fosters for the incoming pups. It is sad to hear that the adoption rates are far less down south. The shelters and rescues are bulging at the seams. Many adoptable dogs are being euthanized due to lack of space.
On October 29, 2019, it will be one year since I brought my first foster family home (Angell and her 7 kittens). I was determined to continue to do my part in helping kitties find their forever homes and families. I’m currently at foster number 40!!! I can’t see myself doing anything else.
Saving Lives One at a Time.
This year, I’m participating in Strut Your Mutt, a fundraising walk hosted by Best Friends that saves the lives of homeless pets right here in my community and all across the country.
Please support me by making a donation to my page. Your gift helps homeless pets and will support the animal welfare group I’ve chosen to walk for.
This cause means so much to me and I am grateful for your help. Every day, about 2,000 dogs and cats are killed in America's shelters, simply because they don't have safe places to call home. Each one is a loving pet just like yours and mine.
Together, we can Save Them All and reduce that number to zero. Thank you for your kind support.
