There are several ways that YOU can share the love.  

We have a rescue story to share with you about Zorro.
Zorro came to our shelter on July 18, 2020. He was rescued by a good Samaritan who witnessed him being thrown from the window of a truck. The truck also attempted to run him over, but was unsuccessful thankfully. The good Samaritan took Zorro to an emergency hospital in hopes that an owner would claim him, but no one did. That’s where Pet Pal Animal Shelter comes in. After examining Zorro, we found that his front left leg was shattered, he will need an FHO surgery, he has a pellet in his pelvis and he is heartworm positive. Zorro has a long road ahead of him, but he is being cared for and loved by staff, volunteers and foster parents during his recovery.  

DONATE:
Your donation will count towards our team's fundraising total to fund rescue and adoption programs, so no pet will be killed in a shelter. Donation amounts of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, or other are accepted. Our goal is to raise $10,000. You have the option to display your donation amount publicly on our fundraising page, be anonymous or display your name in honor of. By making a donation you will receive a tax-deductible thank you letter hand signed by our Executive Director, Scott Daly.

Join our team! By joining our team (FREE TO JOIN AUGUST 26, 2020!) you can set your own fundraising goal and start raising money for our shelter! 

STRUT WITH US:
Share your love by strutting around town, your neighborhood or even in your own back yard on Saturday October 24th as our dog walkers strut our adoptable mutts from Pet Pal Animal Shelter throughout the Grand Central District Association on their Saturday stroll!

Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats from shelters that may otherwise be euthanized due to time limitations, illness, injuries or lack of socialization and training. We are dedicated to educating the public about the pet overpopulation crisis, the importance of spaying/neutering and responsible pet ownership.

Strut Your Mutt is a series of charity dog walks that brings communities together to raise money and save the lives of homeless pets. When you fundraise, you choose where your support goes: to Best Friends Animal Society, or to your favorite participating local animal welfare organization (Pet Pal Animal Shelter of course!).

Together, we can Save Them All.
