The Utah Animal Advocacy Foundation needs you! We would love for you to join our team by registering or donating to one of our team members.
UAAF has been struggling a lot this year with the Coronavirus, donations have been down, but our rescues have been still going strong. Here are a few examples of what we have been up to.
Roxy the beautiful Sheltie (8 years) has Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA), this is where the body attacks and removes it's own blood cells, causing anemia and many other complications. She has had 3 blood transfusions and a few hospital stays. She is doing well now, but still getting treatment.
Dexter adorable Maltese (12 years) needed a penis amputation and scrotal urethrostomy. His previous owners surrendered him to a shelter instead of seeking medical treatment. After this procedure he needed a dental with many, many extractions.
These two rescues have put us over $6000, we can't continue to help these beautiful critters without your help. I am begging for your help!
The Utah Animal Advocacy Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization specializaing in the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of homeless animals. We believe that every animal deserves a home regardless of age or disability. We specialize in the rescue and rehabilitation of "special needs" animals including orphaned newborns, senior animals, animals with behavioral issues, injured animals, and animals with ongoing health problems. UAAF is an active participant in the No Kill Utah coalition.
Please join us either by registering for our team or donating to one of our team members. Your donation is tax deductible and each participating animal welfare organization keeps 100 percent of the money raised after transaction fees. And the best part? That money will help save the lives of homeless pets.
Together, we can Save Them All.
Thank you for your support!
