Welcome to Ken Sheehy's Memorial Page.

Ken Sheehy, longtime crane operator for Desert Crane, passed away unexpectedly on September 27, 2018.

Having known Ken for a number of years, I know I speak for hundreds of people in the Las Vegas HVAC community when I say we are going to miss him dearly. Ken was a "salt of the earth" kind of guy and I will remember him for his warm smile, those piercing blue eyes, and his sharp sense of humor. Ken was the consummate professional as a crane operator and always a pleasure to work with. He would never hesitate to climb up on a roof and help out anyone who might need his assistance.

This fundraiser was chosen because this was one of his favorite charities and he, in fact, adopted two of his family members, Grady and Penny, from the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT. Please join me in this effort to commemorate the life of a man we all knew well and respected greatly.

Rest in Peace our friend.

DONATE TO FUNDRAISER

Since it was founded in 1984, Best Friends Animal Society has helped reduce the number of dogs and cats killed in shelters nationwide from 17 million per year to about two million. That's incredible progress, but it means 4,100 dogs and cats are still being killed in America's shelters every day, simply because they don't have safe places to call home. That number should be zero. And if we work together, it can be.

That's why I created this fundraiser.

When you donate to my fundraiser, you'll be helping around 1,600 dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, horses, and other barnyard animals who on any given day reside at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Plus, you'll be helping to save the lives of homeless pets all across the country through lifesaving adoption and spay/neuter programs, no-kill initiatives, and more.

Thank you for donating to help save animals' lives. Together, we will Save Them All.
